The company was 100% acquired by Singapore Post Ltd. on 6 May 2009, and formally launched its new brand name "Quantium Solutions" on 2 November 2009.
Quantium is the regional vehicle for Singapore Post Ltd - spreading its wings in non postal opportunity as "Your Asian Fulfillment Partner"
